By placing an order you accept these terms and our privacy statement.

3. Products and prices

All prices in the webshop include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. We reserve the right to correct obvious typing errors in prices or product descriptions.

4. Ordering process

1. Choose a product and select the variant you want.
2. Enter your delivery details on the checkout page.
3. Pay through Mollie using one of the available payment methods.
4. Receive an email confirmation of your order.

A binding contract is formed once you complete payment and receive the email confirmation.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by Mollie B.V., a regulated payment service provider based in the Netherlands. Supported methods include iDEAL, Bancontact and major credit cards. We never see or store your card or bank details — these are processed entirely by Mollie.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands by PostNL.

• Handling time: within 3 working days of receiving payment.
• Delivery in the Netherlands: typically the next working day after handover to PostNL.
• Delivery in the EU: typically 3–7 working days after handover.
• Costs: shipping is charged per product and shown at checkout. We use a flat NL rate and a flat EU rate.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. We don't currently ship outside the EU.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Important exception for sealed audio recordings: under Dutch consumer law (BW art. 6:230p sub e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings — including vinyl records and CDs — once the seal has been broken by the buyer. If you unseal a record or CD, you can no longer return it.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please email info@thedamnedanddirty.nl before sending the item back. The buyer pays return shipping. We refund the purchase price (including original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned, unsealed goods.

8. Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email info@thedamnedanddirty.nl within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the damage and the packaging. You can choose between a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

9. Complaints

Email info@thedamnedanddirty.nl with any complaint and we'll respond within 14 working days. If we can't reach a solution together, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to any contract concluded under them. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent Dutch courts.
