2. Prices, payment and shipping

Prices include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact, major credit cards); your card or bank details never reach our systems.

We ship within the EU via PostNL. Within the Netherlands typically next working day, elsewhere in the EU 3–7 working days. We don't ship outside the EU.

3. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Email info@thedamnedanddirty.nl before returning the item. Return shipping is at your cost; we refund the full purchase price (including the original outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exception for sealed audio recordings (Dutch Civil Code art. 6:230p sub e): once the seal on a vinyl record or CD is broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Your statutory rights to conformity (Dutch Civil Code art. 7:17 ff.) remain in force — if something arrives not as you could reasonably expect, get in touch.

Email info@thedamnedanddirty.nl — we reply within 14 working days. If we can't sort it out, you can use the EU ODR platform.
